President, founder, driver, and designer of the Japanese tuning company Powerhouse Amuse, Hideki Tanabe, died September 20, 2008. Tanabe is well known and respected in the Japanese tuning community for his tuning ability and high quality products - exhaust systems, body kits, and engine management electronics.
